A procedure writer composes technical procedures by collaborating with human resources, management, and other department heads to gain a thorough understanding of each area's operations. The purpose of this is to ensure employees understand company policies, rules, and regulations.
As a procedure writer, your duties include: Researching, writing, and helping to implement procedure standards for a specific project, as well as revising and modifying existing procedures and manuals. The selected candidate must be willing and able to work weekends/ if and when required.
The role reports to the QMS/QA Manager and involves developing and maintaining plant operating procedures to ensure safe and compliant operations of systems and facilities. The role requires adherence to Plant Operations programs, project procedures, policies laws, regulations, contracts, technical requirements, and Authorization basis.
