We're seeking a passionate and independent Staff Business Data Analyst with excellent analytical skills to join our Sales Motion Analytics team at Intuit. This position is ideal for someone with experience in sales analytics, product growth, customer engagement, and retention, and a passion for delivering data-driven insights. Responsibilities
• Provide sales leaders and stakeholders with guidance on how to use available data for critical business needs and goals
• Effective storytelling with data, to educate and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations
• Manage the full cycle of iterative big data exploration, including hypothesis setting, data cleansing, insight generation/visualization, and action planning
• Design and implement the approach needed to methodically and iteratively structure, extract, analyze, validate, and communicate data-backed insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and build analytics and reporting tools that automate self-serve
• Use expertise and independent judgment in collaborating with peers, data engineers, database managers, and business analysts
