Role Summary:
• Overall, 8+ years of experience and 5+ years minimum hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere tool. Experience in UiPath is a plus
• Must have completed A360 Master certification
Should have experience on below:
• Bot Insights
• AARI & CoPilot
• IQ bot/Document automation
• Workload Management
• Should have experience in setting up A360 infrastructure with load balancer and high availability.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Python and VB macro.
• In-Depth knowledge in SQL and database
• Experience in working with Control Room APIs, Workload Management
• Experience in Setting up CI/CD pipeline.
• Should be good in verbal and written communications.
Responsibilities:
• Create SDD and Design end to end RPA solution based on customer requirements
• Define Effort Estimation/ Complexity Models (Build Assets/Templates)
• Participate in scoping a project for new and existing clients
• Identify the type of resources required and the timeline to deliver a solution to a granular level.
• Take ownership from the technical side to ensure the project is delivered within the estimated hours
• Have the ability to be engaged in multiple projects in tandem.
• Work with the business analyst to review the Process Definition Document and proactively identify any challenges that may delay delivery of the project.
• Work to create a future state of the process once the project is implemented by integration business and technical best practices.
• Review and Revise the Solution Design Document Created by the Developer
• Work with the client's business and IT team to articulate the implications of design/architectural decisions and ensure the Solution Design Document is accepted.
• Ensure a sustainable solution is delivered. This includes ensuring a modular development is utilized with an emphasis on reusability.
• Manage implementation of the solution with a focus on identifying and removing development obstacles
• Engage with key client stakeholders to scale and expand the solution within their organization.
• Perform Quality Control and Code Reviews
• Review and introduce best practices and standards for upgrades, patching, backups, network changes, designs, etc.)
• Perform hands-on Automation Development as required by the project team
• Proactively minimize the need for any process redesign or change in requirements.
• Ensure RPA processes are running to their full effectiveness, able to analyze & optimize processes
• Analyze and introduction of new tools, methods and technologies that can be applied to Smart Automation area.
