Job Description:-
• Experience with MES Solution Design and Implementation of Apriso based MES - minimum 4 Solution design Experience with MES Support, Up gradation, Implementation of Apriso based MES - minimum 2 upgrades / migration
• Good Knowledge of manufacturing domains like Aero , IM , CPG ,Auto etc… Good knowledge and working experience in Apriso Production - min 4 to 5 years of experience
• Good knowledge and working experience in Apriso Process Builder, Machine Integrator, Archiving, Business Integrator - min 4 to 5 years of experience
• Good knowledge and working experience in Apriso Maintenance - min 2 to 3 years of experience
• Good knowledge and working experience in Apriso Warehouse - min 4 to 5 years of experience
• Good knowledge and working experience in Apriso Quality - min 4 to 5 years of experience
• Good knowledge and working experience in Apriso Time & Labor - min 3 year of experience Good knowledge of Apriso dashboard and MPI is added advantage
• Integration experience with ERP/ SAP/ PLM
• Integration experience with Plant control tools like DCS, SCADA, OPC, PLC, Historian and other third party dll etc.
• Good knowledge and experience in Java scripting, c#.net, asp.net, SQL server/ Oracle
• Good knowledge and experience in SDLC phases and processes
• Good communication skills, Strong leadership skills managing team and dealing with end users and
• Client Experience in MES ERP Integration Knowledge of Semiconductor Industry Standards
• Strong skills on process governance and delivery governance Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.

• To Design, Implement, Test and Document MES Applications
• Manage the day to day activities of a small team of SW developers
• Interface with other project stakeholders to ensure that the system objectives are balanced with overall project objectives
• Represent the team as required
• Assist management in the development of design policies and procedures which improve the ability to meet product system requirements
• Communicate with peers and supervisors routinely, document work, meetings, and decisions.
• Work within a Project Team environment
• Understand and promote the quality policy
• Maintain technical skills and awareness of technical improvements
