As an software developer lead - AI on the AI Driven IT (AID IT) team within the Enterprise Development Capabilities & Services (EDCS) organization, you'll focus on delivering AI solutions that improve IT's value streams.In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to influence organizational strategy and help implement, operationalize, and mature AI solutions across the enterprise through close collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and the AI Enablement team.Through your desire to learn new technologies, ability to embrace and champion change, and enthusiasm, you'll leverage AI to deliver value across the software lifecycle.
This is a remote position for US based work only.
Must-have qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum six years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of six years related work experience.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of eight years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
Preferred skills
• Proficiency in Python and/or Go, or demonstrated expertise in another programming language with a strong willingness to learn and utilize Python and Go technologies.
• Subject matterexpertiseor experience in one or more related areas, including CICD, public cloud, networking,security,anddata handing (analysis and visualization)
• Conceptual understanding of AI principles, with hands on experience with AI frameworks and toolsets(GitHub Copilot, RAG, LangChain, ChatGPT, Autonomous Agent, Azure Copilot Studio, etc.)
• Self-driven, highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an emerging and rapidly evolving landscape.
• Strong presentation, communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
Compensation
• $118,000-$153,000/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on companyperformance.
