Compensation - Up to 200k base + equity

What you'll do:
• Develop and execute data strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security.
What you'll need:
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and modeling techniques.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
