$12,947/Monthly

Work Schedule: Full-Time,
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; exempt
classification.

Essential Functions: The
Imaging and Data Processing Unit is an organizational unit with a
mission to provide imaging and data processing services associated
with supporting student success through digital transformation
initiatives aligned with the mission, vision, and values of
California State University, Los Angeles. Under the general
direction of the Associate Director of Technology and Support
Operations, the Document and Systems Administrator provides
assistance of project management, strategic direction, analysis,
technical support, and consultation to the managers and staff
across the university that utilize the document management systems
(e.g., OnBase, ImageNow, etc.), electronic signature and document
workflow platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign, etc.) and other
applicable systems. The individual collaborates directly with the
Director of Technology and Support Operations to facilitate the
coordination of initiatives aimed at advancing electronic processes
and ensuring continuous improvement; develops workflow-enabled
forms; provides day-to-day application administration,
troubleshooting, and training; works with the Applications
Development team in Information Technology Services to assist in
development and support for a wide variety of projects that will
utilize the OnBase, DocuSign, Microsoft Forms, and other
workflow-enabled form applications; provides assistance of
technical support to improve business functions for specific campus
areas. Assists in administering and ensuring continuous operation
and stability of the OnBase and the Imaging systems; creates and/or
implements enhancements to workflow-enabled forms, scanning,
interfaces, and users; is actively engaged with Hyland, DocuSign,
and other applicable systems to understand new features and
participate in user groups to stay current with best practices;
monitors application and system health, performance, and capacity;
and creates and maintains procedures and other documentation
related to OnBase. Responsibilities also include developing,
maintaining, and updating technical procedures and end-user guides,
as well as managing project tracking, purchasing, planning, and
expense records for management meetings.

Required Qualifications &
Experience: A bachelor's degree from
an accredited four year college or university in computer science,
information systems, educational technology, communications, or
related fields. Five years of advancing experience in providing
support for and managing technical equipment and systems. The
incumbent must have experience in project implementation and
project management; and experience in Microsoft Active Directory
administration. The incumbent must have thorough knowledge of
programming and testing methods and techniques for software
applications using SQL, HTML, HTML Forms, Java Script, and OnBase;
specific industry standard applications programming language and
systems analysis techniques and generally accepted documentation
methods; PC/MAC-based web browsers and related tools; general
analytical methods, techniques, and troubleshooting, as well as
specific detailed knowledge and experience with various document
management systems and other system functions; proficiently handled
administrative tasks, including the effective administration of
OnBase and the creation of workflow-enabled forms; networks, data
communication, multimedia systems, and security; and proficiency in
Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Access, Project,
Visio, and Outlook OWA. The incumbent must understand functional
and procedural requirements; analyze problems and propose effective
solutions; understand functional and procedural requirements and
develop alternative solutions; relate solutions to management,
technical staff, and users; communicate effectively both orally and
in writing; establish and maintain effective working relationships
with others. The incumbent must have good communication skills as
they are needed for meetings and other discussions with end users
to gather and synthesize requirements. The incumbent should
demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects
related to systems infrastructure and general product environment
upgrades; and produce clear and effective documentation to support
product management, document hardware and software standards, and
apply those standards when working with vendors to implement
changes that will impact the campus community. The incumbent must
