Pay Rate: Up to £40,000 Per annum (dependent on experience)

Role Overview
As a Hybrid Property Hub Manager, you will be the foundation of our property management team, ensuring smooth operations across both our helpdesk platform and on-site locations. You will oversee a portfolio of properties, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead a team of facility coordinators to deliver exceptional service. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, making it ideal for a versatile leader with a passion for property.
Working autonomously and closely with the senior property leadership team, wider department and business, you will oversee the completion of a range of key activities in a proactive and professional way, supporting and developing your team whilst consolidating and improving process and procedures to create a ‘One ivolve’ way of working.
Key responsibilities:
• Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the property hub, ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standard.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of onsite and remote working Facilities Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their needs promptly and effectively while building long-term relationships.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, manage financial reporting, and ensure the profitability of the property hub.
• Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to grow the business and enhance service delivery.
• Process Development: Design, document, train and implement consistent ways of working across the business.
• Support the Senior Property leadership team in the delivery of projects.
• Ensure the statutory compliance database is maintained up to date and matters arising are addressed proactively.
• Hold regular calls with Operational colleagues and Regional Facilities Managers to understand the service your team provide and identify areas for improvement and the removal of complexity.
• General administrative responsibilities, include management of the Head Office at Chesterfield and the provision of information and reporting to support the Facility Management Team.
Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in property management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
• In-depth understanding of property management, including legal, financial, and maintenance aspects.
• Proficient in various software packages including MS Suite
• Comfortable managing operations in a hybrid work environment.
