About the Role
We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Customer Success team. Our dedicated Customer Success Team is committed to helping customers maximise the potential of Xtremepush's platform by providing comprehensive project management and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
This Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing large-scale, complex projects that span multiple departments and business units. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while effectively managing stakeholder relationships and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and external partners.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive risk management strategies.
• Develop contingency plans and ensure timely resolution of project-related problems.
Technical Expertise:
• Understanding of cloud-based technologies and their integration into existing IT infrastructures.
• Capability to work collaboratively with technical experts throughout the project to diagnose and resolve software deployment issues, delivering effective solutions.
Budget and Resource Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
• Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including team members, vendors, and tools.
• Ensure efficient use of resources to maximise project outcomes.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change management logs.

Your Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, SIX Sigma or other relevant project management certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale enterprise projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
