We are currently looking to hire a dedicated special education teacher near St. Paul, Minnesota.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement effective educational programs tailored to students with special needs.
• Conduct assessments and develop IEPs in collaboration with students, parents, and educational staff.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities, ensuring they meet their educational goals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education.
• Foster a classroom environment that is respectful, engaging, and conducive to learning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or equivalent.
• Minnesota Special Education teaching license required.
• Experience in secondary education and working with students with disabilities is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
