About the position
The Statistical Analyst will leverage their expertise in data management, statistical programming, and quality assurance to support the development of licensure and certification exams. This role involves collaborating with Measurement and Research staff to enhance data cleaning, statistical analysis, and the generation of technical reports, while also acting as a technical liaison with software developers.
Responsibilities
• Automate and streamline data cleaning and preparation processes.

• Conduct statistical and psychometric analysis for licensure and certification exams.
,
• Produce technical reports based on data analysis.
,
• Serve as a technical liaison between Measurement and Research staff and software developers.
,
• Ensure quality of data files and technical reports.
Requirements
• Master's degree in statistics or a related quantitative field.
,
• Bachelor's degree in statistics or a related quantitative field with 2 years of experience in a similar role.
,
• Two or more years of experience using Python, R, or related tools for data management and statistical analysis.
,
• Strong MS Office skills.
,
• Familiarity with test construction principles, classical and IRT-based item analysis, and item calibration.
