Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: preferably in Business, Communication, or Fashion
Excellent verbal and phone communication skills
Type 60+ words a minute
Proficient in English both in speaking as well as reading and writing.
Sales Experience
Office 365 (required)
Quickbooks (preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
Drive growth through outbound marketing.
Work with our CRM Nimble for all correspondence.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, partners, and other staff via phone, email, and in person.
Schedule and calendar in great detail a multitude of events and meetings.
Represent our company at venues across the country.
Due Diligence while canvassing new accounts.
Visit varied retail outlets to present our collections.
Ensure top notch customer service to all clients and vendors.
Ship in a timely manner client orders.
Invoice Clients and run credit cards.
Fold, steam, and organize apparel daily.
Inventory products upon arrival and on an as needed basis through the year.
Pickup and dropoff collections intermittently to our seamstress, clients, and warehouse.
Keep a mindset of opportunity, abundance and gratitude.
