Job Description
• Identify utterances, synonyms, patterns, etc., by working with the business and conversation designer
• Train the bot using Kore's NLP engine, test and optimize performance/ NL accuracy during project tenure.
• Develop a fine tuned ontology and knowledge graph for optimal NLP performance on Q&As.
• Monitor/ analyze chat history (during UAT/ business pilot/ post go live) and train the bot with new set of valid utterances, synonyms, patterns derived from failed scenarios
• Experience writing alternate utterances, identifying synonyms/patterns in business use cases
• Work with business and IT to create NLP training and testing data.
• Experience using Kore bot builder for NL / ML training a plus
• Expertise in languages; linguistics
