Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube) to ensure consistent and engaging content distribution.
• Content Distribution: Schedule and post content across various platforms using scheduling tools to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
• Community Management: Monitor and engage with users on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages promptly and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
• Executive Assistance: Assist executives with daily administrative tasks, schedule management, and other operational duties as needed.
• Event and Travel Coordination: Manage logistics for business travels and events, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
• Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on social media engagement metrics to help refine strategy and content delivery.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including scheduling tools and analytics.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable with occasional travel as part of the job.
• Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.
• A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
