EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 2-year degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Maintenance or Technology
• OR 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance with a food processing background
• Certifications in Sanitary welding, Boiler operation, Wastewater treatment, and Electrical systems beneficial, but not required
• Knowledge of Industrial electrical systems, Welding, Boilers, Pneumatics and Hydraulics

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
• Sitting- to complete a task at lower levels

• Must wear protective/sanitary gear in designated areas of the plant and while doing certain tasks (i.e. hair/beard nets, earplugs, environmental suit, goggles, welding shield.)
