Mode Search is supporting an international Luxury brand, famous for its iconic brand ambassadors and exceptional red carpet pieces, in their search for a Marketing Director Americas.
This role requires extensive experience in the luxury industry across all offline and online channels in the US and reports to the US MD.
Based in the NY Head Office and working closely with the Global Head of Marketing in Paris.
The Role:
• Support and promote growth through high-end & creative marketing strategy across retail, wholesale, and online
• Build media plan and trading actions
• Manage a team, delegating reporting data and CRM analysis to tailor planning and activation accordingly
• A keen eye for detail in the execution of campaigns
• Define customer journey touchpoints with the support of the Global team
• Make strategic decisions to optimise the marketing calendar to match the US market
Requirements:
• At least 10 years experience developing creative and innovative marketing strategies.
• Experience within the luxury industry / fine jewellery
• Commercial understanding of omnichannel marketing including social platforms and digital
• Strong relationship-building skills, having the ability to leverage partnerships across the business.
• Valid US passport or Working Visa
