• Must have prior Support Engineering & Management Exp.
• Must have deep experience w/ SQL & JSON

We're working with one of the fastest growing Data Analytics/Big Data Startups in the US. They recently raised a round of funding, and they are adding to their Engineering headcount in NYC.
This role would be managing a team of 7-10~ Tech Support Engineers, reporting into the Director of Support Engineering.
This role is mainly managerial, but this person will be expected to occasionally take on client issues/tickets from time to time, so they must have previous Support Engineering experience & be well-versed with SQL & JSON.
Requirements
• 5-10+ Years of Experience in a Support Engineering or Solutions Engineering capacity
• 2+ Years of Experience as a Team Lead and/or Manager
• Ability to come into our NYC Office Mon-Thurs (Friday Remote)
• SQL & JSON Expertise
