Lending is a critical skill and role for NAB and finding the right talent is incredibly important. We are investing in our Lending recruitment strategy in the creation of a specialist role to partner with our lending leadership team to proactively source talent for NAB. We have some exciting EVP work in design that this role will launch to the market and use as a sourcing tool for attraction articulating just how critical our Lenders are to us and how invested we are in hiring the right people to take the business forward.
• Prominent role in TA and within our Executive team
• More than a TA role, partner with leaders on retaining top talent and being the specialist for Lending
• Be our lending ambassador, articulating our EVP to market
In this role, you will
• Lead direct hiring of lending talent for NAB connecting with the best lenders in the market to help build our lending capability.
• Work with demand planning to understand demand to proactively manage supply pipeline and ensure we have the right talent in the right roles.
• Seek to continually improve our go to market EVP, approach and offerings to stay on top of the market and attract the best talent to NAB.
• Provide monthly insights, including talent pool reporting to executive teams, demonstrating effort, blockers, and considerations to help secure talent.
• Lead delivery of the sourcing strategy and be an ambassador for lending both internally and externally.
• Be actively promoting NAB Home lending EVP on social media, sharing new starter profiles to attract others to the brand.
• Manage and request referrals from current lenders and new lenders to help build a pipeline of talent.
• Provide guidance and feedback to hiring managers to help position home lending as a workplace of choice for talent.
What you’ll bring
• Recruitment marketing and brand experience, you’ll be an influential communicator with a strong social presence on Linkedin.
• Exceptional skills in strategic sourcing, head hunting and conversion of leads and prospects into hires.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, confident in presenting to some of the most senior stakeholders in our organisation confidently and with impact.
• A capable reporting and insights recruiter who is across all aspects of the market and is motivated by being a specialist and expert in their field.
