Primary Job Functions:
• Perform full cycle recruiting functions, collaborating with internal employees and managers regularly
• Draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and post to job boards regularly
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Attend and participate in career fairs
• Additional related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 2+ years' experience with full cycle TA/recruiting
• SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, a plus
