What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Actively solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements to ensure project team develops appropriate solutions
• Manage multiple priorities and relationships with customers, project managers, and stakeholders
• Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to gather and obtain signoff on business requirements
• Assist with project planning, including methods, processes, and schedules
• Mentor junior staff members and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience; graduate degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and major workflows associated with healthcare claim processing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize effectively
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in a Project Management Organization
• International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)/Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
• Experience designing and implementing project management methodologies
• Strong analytic, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, develop, mentor, and coach team members
