ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

As the Vice President of Business Development, you will be crucial in shaping our company's strategic direction. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to implement global initiatives and develop a scalable sales model that enhances industry market presence. Central to this position is the development and execution of strategies that drive growth and strengthen our competitive position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Develop and execute a business development strategy that supports company growth and market positioning.
• Design, implement, and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency. Ensures planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes.
• Oversee and nurture strategic relationships with top industry customers to enhance partnerships and drive mutual growth.
• Develop and manage a sales discipline within the sales team that increases market share and revenue.
• Partner with marketing to design and execute lead generation campaigns that expand the customer base and enhance brand visibility.
• Establish and manage KPIs and reporting systems to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop advanced tools and techniques to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
• Build strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance to align and execute strategies effectively.
• Lead and mentor a sales team, focusing on talent growth and fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Provide strategic advice and coaching as a trusted advisor to senior management.
• Experience in management or technology consulting is a plus.
• Lead global projects effectively, with the ability to manage stakeholders and articulate vision.
• Drive process improvements with innovative solutions and handle conflicts and complex problems efficiently.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE COMPUTER SKILLS
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business Administration or Marketing, or a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience, or a combination of both.
• Over 5 years of experience in the North American promotional products industry, with a proven track record in sales leadership, client services, and revenue generation.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Demonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES

May be required to have a valid driver's license and meet Vantage Driver Approval requirements.
