As a Data Scientist in People Analytics, you’ll collaborate with various leaders to enhance HR programs and drive better business outcomes through data-driven insights. Leveraging your expertise as a data scientist and your experience in people-related analytics, you’ll contribute to practical analytical solutions that benefit our employees. This is a remote opportunity with a preference to have someone located in the Chicago, IL and Battle Creek, MI areas.

As part of our expanding HR analytics team, we seek an individual who can assist us in creating well-informed strategies related to business challenges, employee engagement, and workforce planning. Your leadership abilities, positive outlook, and grasp of cross-functional dynamics will be instrumental in delivering impactful data-driven solutions.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
• Strategic Partner – Collaborate proactively with key HR and business stakeholders to understand people-related challenges and needs. Develop tailored analytic solutions and drive change through impactful storytelling using data insights.
• Data Scientist – Create algorithms and models to analyze complex datasets, identifying meaningful patters and actionable insights for critical business issues. Translate model outputs into clear business language.
• Analytics Advocate – Champion analytics adoption, train the organization, and stay informed about trends and best practices in people analytics. Support HR’s transformation toward an insight-driven function.
• Evolve People Analytics – Provide functional expertise to enhance our people analytics capabilities, spanning areas such as behavioral science, workforce planning, AI, and employee feedback.

We’re Looking for Someone With
• Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or a related field
• Experience in People Analytics or related functions developing analytical solutions
• Experience in data analysis, data manipulation, data mining, algorithm development, machine learning/artificial intelligence
• Effective communication and collaboration, translating complex data modeling into business language
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop business strategy
• Project management experience
