The Role

Provide technical direction in the creation, delivery and integration of multiple and moderately complex software solutions. May translate business requirements into specific designs and/or participate in the design, evaluation and selection of IT solutions for software for a specific business process. Establish the current and future use of practice, metrics and methodologies to determine current and future solutions. Explore and evaluate new and approved technologies. Consult on the application of existing and new, approved technologies to develop solutions. Ensure the process of creation and delivery of design and solution in accordance with architectural direction.

The position is remote in the US.

The Main Responsibilities
• Champion the methodology by demonstrating ownership of all aspects of the development lifecycle
• Support and own all areas of responsibility
• Consistently mentor others in the production of all artifacts
• Influence the work of others in order to drive medium and large projects to successful completion through effective project management, customer interaction, and IT coordination
• Effectively estimate the time it will take to perform tasks and influence the team's work to be completed within those timeframes
• Mentor others in the business processes implemented in the team's applications in order to provide resolution to support problems
• Effectively categorize support problems and respond with the appropriate level of urgency

What We Look For In a Candidate
• Should be efficient in Programming Languages such as Java (Expertise), .Net, SQL and basic knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or Python
• Fluent with Frameworks and Libraries such as Spring Boot (Advanced), Spring Framework (Core, Data, Security, MVC), Hibernate/JPA,Apache Kafka /Confluent Kafka, RESTful Web Services and JUnit/TestNG for testing
• Efficient with Cloud Platforms being Proficient in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure)
• Experience with cloud services like AKS, Logic Apps, Service Bus.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and best practices
• Should be an expert in Industry-Specific Voice Knowledge with detailed understanding of the Voice Domain knowledge in Telephone number provisioning.
• Experience with WebLogic and WebSphere administration and configuration of WebLogic Server
• Deployment and monitoring of applications on WebLogic
• Troubleshooting and performance tuning on WebLogic- AWebSphere
• 10+ years of experience with Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience with Master's Degree

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

$111,480 - $148,630 in these states: AR ID KY LA ME MS NE SC SD

$117,340 - $156,450 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY

$123,210 - $164,280 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$129,080 - $172,100 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
