Source and procure software and SaaS contracts for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop and maintain relationships with software and SaaS vendors to ensure the best possible pricing and terms for our clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms with software and SaaS vendors to achieve cost savings and quality solutions for clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the software and SaaS market to inform sourcing decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their software and SaaS needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the sourcing and procurement process.
Monitor and track software and SaaS contract performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members in the sourcing and management of software and SaaS contracts.
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to maintain positive working relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing strategies to drive innovation and efficiency within the department.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on software and SaaS sourcing activities and results.
Adhere to KPMG's ethical standards and values in all interactions and transactions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent KPMG positively in all interactions with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
