Analyst, Program Manager

The Customer Marketing team at Salesforce is looking for an accomplished Operations Program Manager with hands-on experience setting up, implementing and managing complex programs and initiatives. This position is perfect for the results-oriented professional who is passionate about creating and developing efficiency across teams, who has the ability to communicate effectively, encourage sound decision-making, and guide the teams they work with to successfully deliver on commitments. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in an agency and/or internal creative department. This individual will partner with leaders on the team as well as cross-functional teams to manage complex initiatives through to successful completion.

The Operations Program Manager role is best suited for a results-oriented, highly assertive, dedicated and collaborative member of the team who is committed to driving the organization, by identifying and delivering on priorities across the business unit while always looking to continuously improve and refine the process.

Responsibilities:
• Key problem solver for the team leadership.
• Plan, execute and manage customer marketing projects from inception to completion, including but not limited to customer references, earnings and customer stories, films, and experiences at our events.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project completion and success.
• In partnership with the leaders of the Customer Reference and Customer Discovery team, support the vision, values, methods, and metrics for the operations discipline.
• Recommend new processes that help the team positively contribute to the customer experience, adoption and support.
• Support regular prioritization sessions to ensure leadership is aligned and then allocate resources according to what has been approved.
• Coordinate and align efforts across different teams and adjust to changes in direction as needed.
• Where applicable, identify new tools to automate or streamline processes.

Required Skills:
• Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter able to work independently with ability to keep up in a fast paced environment.
• 4+ years of Project Management/Program Management required
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products, in how they connect to offer a comprehensive solution to our prospects and customers
• Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments and functions
• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical and non-technical team members alike
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
