As an NLP Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing conversational AI solutions using KORE.ai and related technologies. Your expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Java, and IVR technologies will be crucial in enhancing our chatbot capabilities and delivering exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain chatbots using KORE.ai XO Platform and Search Assist.
• Apply NLP techniques to transform natural language data into features that enhance bot functionalities.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and optimize conversion rates.
• Analyze business requirements to create effective conversational flows and define processes for handling user queries.
• Conduct research to identify and analyze intents within chatbot interactions, optimizing based on linguistic and technical dimensions.
• Experiment with different content formats and styles to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement of chatbot content through experimentation, user feedback, and performance analysis.
• Train chatbots to understand linguistic variations and ensure accurate responses.
• Debug and troubleshoot bot behavior to maintain high performance and reliability.
Required Skills:
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with KORE.ai, SmartAssist, IVR Technologies, Java, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques and their application in conversational AI.
• Experience in developing chatbots and conversational AI solutions, preferably in KORE.ai XO Platform.
• Familiarity with IVR systems and their integration with AI-driven applications.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize chatbot performance.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills:
• Proficiency in Python is preferred.
• Knowledge of General AI (Gen AI) concepts and their application in conversational AI products.
• Prior experience in content experimentation and optimization based on performance metrics.
