JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Senior Web Analytics Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in web analytics, specializing in the use of Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, and Looker Studio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of website performance analysis, user behavior tracking, and reporting. They will be responsible for analyzing web data, providing actionable insights, and creating detailed reports to help drive strategic decisions and improve our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Analytics Management:
• Set up, configure, and manage Google Analytics 4 accounts and properties.
• Implement and maintain tracking codes, goals, events, and custom dimensions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits.
User Behavior Analysis:
• Utilize Hotjar to track user behavior, conduct heatmap analysis, and analyze user recordings.
• Identify patterns and trends in user interactions to improve website usability and conversion rates.
Data Visualization and Reporting:
• Create comprehensive and visually appealing reports using Looker Studio.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
• Develop dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against goals.
Performance Analysis:
• Analyze website performance metrics such as traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, and user engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize website elements.
• Provide insights into the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with marketing, UX/UI design, and development teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Communicate complex data insights in an understandable and actionable manner.
• Provide training and support to team members on web analytics tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web analytics, with a strong focus on Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, and Looker Studio.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing Google Analytics 4 accounts, properties, and views.
• Experience with user behavior analysis tools such as Hotjar.
• Strong skills in data visualization and reporting using Looker Studio or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of website performance metrics and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Google Analytics 4 is a plus.

Thank you for your interest in Commvault. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, and within the below base salary range:
$68,000 - $195,500
