This firm offers the best of both worlds: the robust resources of a leading national broker, paired with the agility and personalized approach typically found in smaller firms. We are currently seeking a dynamic, licensed Commercial Insurance Agent with a strong hunter sales mentality to join their team.
Responsibilities
• Partnership: Collaborate, Strategize, and Support a Producer to win business as a team.
• New Business Development & Sales Strategy: Generate new business in commercial lines by prospecting, networking, and leveraging outreach tools like LinkedIn and email campaigns. Account Management: Collaborate with tenured producers to manage and expand existing accounts, with the average book of business for successful producers is between $1M and $4.5M in agency revenue.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
• Technology Utilization: Use CRM systems, Salesforce and AMS 360, to manage sales pipelines and client information effectively.
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience and success in commercial lines insurance, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and AMS360 strongly preferred.
