Job Description

We are looking for a technically savvy individual with a product mindset to help us continue to grow and launch new features and services. Technical Product Analyst is a hands-on role where you will have to analyze high level business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for our engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with business unit product managers, engineering, architects, user experience, and cross-functional counterparts to develop high-level requirements that enable high quality products that delight our customers.

The candidate must be comfortable managing multiple products along with technical team. The candidate should be able to facilitate brainstorming of innovative ideas to implement cutting edge business solutions. The ideal candidate should be a passionate self-starter able to navigate through a startup-like culture.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business on product roadmap, discovery and scoping of features, user designs; document product requirements, business rules/logic, define acceptance criteria; Resolve product questions.
• Work with the business team and key stakeholders to define scope updating existing product features and implementing new product features.
• Work with business product managers to understand the high-level business requirements.
• Responsible for delivering the product against business requirements.
• Be hands-on with describing business rules as technical artifacts using internal tools.
• Be the “pseudo” product owner for the scrum teams driving project execution.
• Highly execution focused by working in conjunction with various counterparts.
• Be the primary liaison between other business units, BU product managers, engineering and other applicable groups to ensure flawless integration of new and existing feature sets.
• Work with the product design team to understand product feasibility and features and analyze and clarify product requirements.
• Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that the delivered system is properly tested and meets the product requirements.
• Closely work with technical team to align their development with business needs.
• Ensure the user experience, responsiveness, and functionalities of applications.
• Participate as a team member in planning the individual product features and their development lifecycles.
• Research and identify best practices both from a business & product perspective.

Basic Qualifications
• 4+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA)
• Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills through prior projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio and MS Project preferred)
• Prior experience as a business analyst or system analyst is a huge plus.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate business opportunities and customer problems.
