Key Responsibilities:
• Drive technical, business, and organizational improvements.
• Mentor and support team members across various projects.
• Implement solutions for scaling and performance issues.
• Develop full-stack, customer-focused experiences.
• Ensure data security and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Monitor platform performance and establish maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in enterprise-level software development (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Mongo/NoSQL/Elasticsearch).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (ideally AWS) and high-performance systems.
• Experience with Microservices, API Gateways, CI/CD, and Terraform.
