Atlas Search is an executive recruiting firm dedicated to placing accounting, finance, front office, middle office, tech, legal, healthcare, clinical research, creative, office / accounting support and HR professionals across a range of industries. We provide contingency, retained and staffing services. We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our Office Support division and be part of our growth.
As a firm we invest substantial resources, including non-recruitment staff, technology and a methodical process, to ensure every recruiter we hire substantially out-performs their best year. Our firm has developed a best-in-class proprietary applicant tracking system which allows us to match clients and candidates in an unprecedented way.
Responsibilities include:
• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting resources.
• Responsible for full cycle recruiting, meeting candidates and clients, negotiating and presenting offers.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the tech market and business concerns affecting the management of tech corporations.
• Identify market trends in order to proactively plan recruiting initiatives.
• Meet candidates to evaluate their strengths in order to best match candidates with clients.
• Manage demanding schedule including responding to urgent client needs in a timely manner.
• Manage and accountable for the entire talent acquisition process for all open roles assigned.
• Implement and execute sourcing strategies with the aim of generating a candidate flow including cold calling, cold emailing, as well as using various resources provided.
• Conduct meetings with candidates to screen and gain an understanding of their skills, interest, experience, and aptitudes.
• Use resources to identify appropriate candidates for target recruiting.
• Develop strong business acumen in multiple industries utilizing various outside resources including the Internet, trade publications, and newspaper.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the interview process.
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of recruiting experience for Payroll, HR & Administrative professionals, Executive Assistants, Paralegals, etc.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent work ethic
• Ethical and strong decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Compensation will be based on commission*
