Staff Product Manager, Display Ads
As a part of Walmart Connect, you’ll work with a fun, cross-functional team to build best-in-class Advertising Technology Products and Solutions that enhance the ever-changing shopping journeys of our Walmart Customers, and deliver high performance for our Retail Brands

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager, Display Ads to help reimagine the way we empower brand advertisers to reach and activate their customers with display ads. You will help build next generation retail media focused ad platform to bring relevant ads to Walmart customers and deliver high-performance results to our Advertisers.
What You Will Do:
• Drive product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts.
• Define vision and strategies for your product family, use domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identify market opportunities, build business cases, and approve objectives
• Develop and enhance products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
• Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
• Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in advertising industry to identify new opportunities. Conduct customer research to define customer segments and identify needs to inform product roadmap.
• Partner with internal advertising sales team and Walmart retail teams to create unique, compelling experiences that benefit shoppers and our advertising clients
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required/MBA a huge plus!
• 5+ years of hand-on experience in product management. digital advertising, self-serve ad platforms, publisher experiences. Experience in building demand side platforms (DSP) and/or Supply side platform (SSP) is a plus.
• Passionate about solving complex problems
