Marketing Specialist Inhouse (3 years experience required)
Responsibilities
· Lead and execute the PPC planning, budget, forecasting, and for all online marketing campaigns
· Work with team to establish ROI & KPIs designed to drive profitable growth
· Oversee accounts on social media and search platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, Bing), analyze data through web analytics
· Build and manage a social media calendar and publish ads and content on channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
· Write compelling and concise ad content for advertisement utilizing the company voice, imagery, and copy
· Manage all retargeting efforts (Facebook, Google network, landing pages etc.) and identify opportunities for improvements and growth
· Manage weekly newsletter & analyze tracking of click-through rates, trends, and sales via Shopify, Google Analytics, and Hub Spot
· Optimize Shopify/WordPress websites for SEO best practices
· Create and update quarterly catalog (Publisher Experience Required)
· Create and update website products and pricing
Requirements
BA/BS Degree Required
Hub Spot Certification Required
Retargeting Experience
Excellent communicator & creative thinker, with ability to use data to inform all decisions
Proficiency in marketing automation & blogging software in order to generate traffic, covert visitors into leads & then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers,
Bonus skills HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Sage 100, Publisher and Microsoft 365, Publisher
