Job Description:
Crowe is looking for an Integrated Risk Management Senior Manager with the following background, experiences, and capabilities:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and delivering agreed-upon services and deliverables.
• Provide risk management consulting services for client(s) including but not limited to:
• ERM Program Assessments
• Evaluate Risk Management Structure
• Develop Risk Appetite Statements
• Design and Build Risk Assessment Methodologies
• Execution of Enterprise Risk Assessments
• Design and Build Key Risk Indicator and Key Performance Indicator Development
• Develop Risk Taxonomies
• Design and Build Business Hierarchies, Product Hierarchies and Process Hierarchies
• Understand key areas of banking risk including but not limited to strategic risk, credit risk, operational risk, market risk, liquidity risk, compliance risk, information technology/security risk, and reputational risk
• Day-to-day performance of our client engagement work on-site and remotely and assistance with the development and finalization of our engagement deliverables and workpapers.
• Supervise and develop the skills and abilities of our team of risk consultants.
• Manage client project expectations and provide project status reports, input and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Ability to work on and coordinate multiple fast-paced projects, facilitated in a team atmosphere, or be the primary consultant on selected projects.
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Certification in Risk Management or Similar
• Expert Microsoft Excel and Other Office Applications
• 8+ years’ experience in the Financial Services industry
• Experience working in a professional services or project-based environment
• Self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision
• Highly effective communicator with all levels of an organization including senior management and beginning staff
• Willingness to travel 60% or more annually.
Preferred:
• Risk management related certification, project management certification, or other relevant professional certification
• Supervisory and/or Team Leadership experience
• Experience creating and submitting written reports of research or consulting services results to senior management including findings, analysis, conclusions, and recommended actions
• Experience with GRC technologies and their use to serve risk management needs including but not limited to Archer, ServiceNow, etc.
• Experience presenting oral reports, studies or plans
