Director of Finance, GTM
Our client, a leading company in the software industry, is seeking a Director, Revenue FP&A to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive significant FP&A deliverables and manage a growing team. You will collaborate with partners across all departments to provide key insights and support optimal decision-making.
Responsibilities
• Be a business partner who can highlight risks and opportunities constructively to internal leaders.
• Own and handle core financial models, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and scalability.
• Partner with the VP to oversee the company’s budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Drive preparation of board decks and generate insights with a broader story in mind.
• Play a key role in leading operating reviews.
Key Qualifications
• Deep proficiency in analyzing financial documents and knowledge of key operating metrics.
• Experience building and leading impactful teams with diverse levels of expertise.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models and related metrics.
• Four-year BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
• Demonstrated experience in a financial role (FP&A/consulting/banking); specialization in Revenue FP&A is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of Excel and PowerPoint (Google Sheets and Slides, a plus).
