Job Description Junior Software Developer – Miami, FL
SNI Technology is seeking a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our clients’ growing team. This position is ideal for recent graduates with a few years of hands-on experience or individuals with 2-5 years of experience in software development. As a Junior Software Developer, you will work closely with a senior programmer to troubleshoot, update, and maintain companies’ internal system using a variety of technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain software applications using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and other related technologies.
• Assist in API integrations, EDI, and SharePoint development tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions that meet project requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to the development of modern design principles, payment gateways, and e-commerce platforms.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET 4.0, C# 3.0, JavaScript, jQuery, and API Integrations.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio.NET, SQL Server, Web Services, and Windows Server.
• Knowledge of modern design principles and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advantages (Not Required But Beneficial)
• Familiarity with MVC Architecture & Patterns, PHP, JSP, Java/J2EE, T-SQL, AJAX, JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, SOA, HTML, XML, ASP 3.0, ADO, VBScript, Cold Fusion, APL, Win 4.0, Xamarin, and Internet Information Server (IIS) 6/7.
• Experience in code structure creation, testing, deployment, and guiding team members in this process.
