Job Description

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
· Perform and assist in medical procedures as required, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
· Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
· Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
· Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
· Ensure all medical practices and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements
· Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, techniques, and best practices through continuous education and training.

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Entry-Level
o Active and unrestricted medical license to practice
o 0-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
· Mid-Level
o Active and unrestricted medical license to practice
o 3-7 years of experience in a clinical setting.
· Senior-Level
o Active and unrestricted medical license to practice
o 8+ years of experience, including leadership roles.
· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
· Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
· Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
EDUCATION
· Entry-Level: Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.
· Mid-Level: Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with additional certifications or specialized training.
· Senior-Level: Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with extensive experience and advanced certifications or fellowships.
