SUMMARY:

We can still get you started working with clients as wee have an apprenticeship program with license agents to allow us invest in you to help get you listened.

Daily leads provided (both inbound calls) for agents to close. NO COLD CALLING:)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Field Inbound Calls from new prospects.
• Manage Leads and Pipelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
• A valid Insurance license. (Preferred)
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Salesforce and Applied EPIC (or similar systems) experience is a PLUS.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
• Have a POSITIVE Attitude, be a Self-Starter, be ready to work hard, and have fun doing it.
