Description
Studio is Teneo's internal global creative team that provides premium and innovative creative services designed to help CEOs and their leaders address complex business challenges and opportunities. Our goal is to help companies move forward by defining, crafting, and executing great ideas that bring their story to life. Being located across Teneo offices in multiple geographies and time zones allows us to be agile, responsive and deliver against briefs at the speed of culture.

We are looking for a Junior Producer to join our film team based in New York to work on a range of film and animation projects for our extensive list of clients. This person will be an independent thinker, who takes responsibility for getting things done and making a positive contribution to the business.

The person will be involved at every stage of a project, from taking the brief and writing a creative treatment through to successfully delivering the finished project. As such, they will need strong creative ideas and a thorough understanding of film production.

The candidate will be expected to fulfil a variety of production duties including budgeting, planning and coordinating shoots and risk assessments. They will also oversee edits and/or animation work. In addition, they will be required to reconcile projects, including budgets as well as data wrangling and following media management of data and processes and procedures.

Responsibilities
• Be involved at every stage of a project, from taking the brief and writing a creative treatment through to successfully delivering the finished project.
• Fulfil a variety of production duties including budgeting, planning and coordinating shoots and risk assessments.
• Oversee edits and/or animation work.
• Reconcile projects, including budgets, data wrangling and following media management of data and processes and procedures
• Ideas generation such as problem-solve creatively and deliver ideas that resonate with our clients and help them to overcome their business challenges
• Write proposals and may be part of the pitch process to new and existing clients
• Develop content specifically for social media distribution.
• Understand and apply audience targeting and amplification strategies
• Stay proactive in managing clients such as business aims, issues, and concerns, and offer professional advice on creative video use.
• Manage video and budgeting process and how to achieve target margins
• Familiarize yourself with Teneo's offers and capabilities to advise clients and introduce them to relevant colleagues.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Effective organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, juggle multiple projects, and delegate effectively
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize jobs appropriately, respond calmly under pressure, and deliver to tight deadlines
• Familiarity with using camera equipment and an ability to shoot preferred
• Knowledge of Premier Pro preferred
• Strong understanding of social media and the many different platforms; direct experience of producing content specifically for social media distribution
• An understanding of audience targeting and amplification would be beneficial
• Bachelor's degree recommended
