Your Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective clients using our CRM (HubSpot - experience is a bonus, not a requirement).
• Educate, strategize, and successfully sell our Point of Sale (POS) and other Software as a Service (SaaS) products through high-volume outbound sales calls. This role is fully remote, with all interactions happening over the phone and online.
• Become a expert in our POS system and tailor product recommendations to meet client needs.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals with a strong work ethic and tenacity.
• Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
• Stay organized and manage your time effectively to complete daily goals. You understand that sales is a numbers game, and you're here to win!

What You'll Need
• Previous customer-facing experience.
• General computer and email proficiency.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize and understand client needs.
• Self-motivated, creative, and flexible attitude, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Previous experience with canvassing and cold-calling businesses is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong phone communication skills and the ability to negotiate and sell to all decision-making levels.

Nice To Have
• Experience in SaaS, inside sales, restaurant, hospitality, or food service industries.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Startup experience (we love entrepreneurs!).
• Experience working remotely and with virtual teams.
• Previous experience cold-calling and prospecting in-person leads.
