Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Consultant at The JET Group. The Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in finding homes and communities that align with their preferences and needs. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting property searches, arranging viewings, providing market analysis, and facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property evaluation
• Experience in conducting property searches and arranging viewings
• Negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Real estate license in New York and/or New Jersey
• Understanding of relocation services for international clients
