Job Overview
We are seeking friendly, personable, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Seasonal Market Representatives at the Seattle Christmas Market this year. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting our products, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about our products, including features, benefits, and sustainability efforts.
• Sales: Drive sales through effective communication and product demonstrations.
• Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Ensure that product displays are well-stocked and organized.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
• Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications
• Experience: 2-3 years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to engage customers, and a passion for sustainable apparel.
• Personality: Outgoing, family-friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays during the market season.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
