What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Perform in-depth business analysis and modeling to support business initiatives
• Standardize monthly analysis of business unit performance and monitor key metrics
• Prepare and present reports to the Executive Leadership team
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends
• Support the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
