Role Overview

We are seeking a Go-To-Market Manager to lead and direct our GTM initiatives, focusing on demand generation and client acquisition for our GPU Cloud services. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies that drive market penetration, enhance brand visibility, and optimize customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Execute GTM Strategies: Craft comprehensive GTM plans that align with PaleBlueDot.AI’s objectives, focusing on client acquisition and market growth.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target markets, analyze competition, and understand customer needs to inform GTM strategies.
• Lead Generation and Conversion: Oversee lead generation efforts, implementing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of GTM strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Brand Development: Enhance the visibility and credibility of PaleBlueDot.AI through effective branding and marketing initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to drive business growth.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market strategy, business development, or marketing, preferably in the tech or cloud services industry.
• Strong understanding of technology markets and competitive landscapes, with a focus on cloud computing and GPU technologies.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
