Cantor Colburn LLP, one of the largest full-service intellectual property law firms in the U.S., seeks a patent attorney or agent with a degree in organic chemistry to join our talented team of patent professionals. Candidates can work remotely; candidates who wish to work from one of our offices in Atlanta, Georgia; Washington, D.C.; or Hartford, Connecticut may do so.
The ideal candidate has two or more years of experience as an attorney or agent drafting and globally prosecuting patent applications in chemical and material sciences. The firm will offer training for candidates with less than two years’ experience and candidates at all experience levels are encouraged to apply. A Ph.D. (preferred) or Master’s in organic chemistry is required. U.S. Patent and Trademark Office registration as an attorney or agent is required.
