TEKsystems has a client that is in need of a Automotive Diagnostic and Repair Virtual Assistant Analyst to centralize and classify large amounts of technical data from published service content, with the capability to generate targeted diagnostic and repair information to our technicians. Driven through Artificial Intelligence capabilities, the virtual assistant delivers technician efficiencies, improved quality, and higher accuracy of vehicle repairs.
This role will be mostly remote.
· Purpose:
o End to end testing and validation of Diagnostic and Repair Virtual Assistant application
· Apply test strategies and processes
· Leverage provided tools and process steps to deliver virtual assistant feedback resulting in further testing of improvements, enhancements, and greater tool accuracy
· Evaluate and provide feedback on test questions generated
· Validate retrieval of correct documents and data; evaluate generated content
o Track responses and accuracy of responses
o Rate content based on provided process
o Peer-review previous or new human evaluations
o Evaluate feedback from technician pilot
· Test user interface and integration; identify and recommend improvements
· Test and evaluate performance and integration of all components
· Adhere to testing timelines
· Support scheduled status and review discussions
· Support on-site, local-to-resource dealer pilots and evaluation – up to 10 business days in total
· Strong automotive repair/technical expertise required
