Job purpose :

Versace is hiring an SEO Intern to join our Digital Analytics and Marketing team.

We believe the best way to learn SEO is by doing SEO. Therefore, you'll have the chance to work on the content, technical, and strategic aspects of SEO for an international e-commerce website.

Job Responsibilities :
• Work closely with the SEO agency to manage on-page SEO, including content optimization, meta-data optimization, and SEO-friendly site architecture;
• Create and execute a local SEO strategy to improve overall local search traffic and campaign volume through best practices in SEO;
• Collaborate with the Senior SEO Manager and other internal teams.

At the end of the internship, you will learn :
• Why some sites rank better than others in Google search results;
• What you can do to make a website rank better;
• How to measure the marketing performance of an e-commerce website.

Profile :
• Ability to identify and solve problems;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Rigorous and methodical approach;
• Excellent written communication skills;
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills;
• Passion for internet marketing;
• Experience writing for the web, both long and short forms (websites / your blog) is a plus;
• Knowledge of HTML and / or programming languages is a plus;
• Interest in the e-commerce business is a plus.
