Key Responsibilities:Financial and Reporting: Manage loan compliance, oversee audits, and act as the lead manager of independent CPA audits and reviews. Negotiate optimal loan terms, monitor company credit card utilization, and manage new financing opportunities.Accounting/Bookkeeping/Banking: Establishing document preparation and retention practices, organizing semi-weekly deposit banking, semi-monthly payment and check preparation, and routine journal entry practices.Taxation: Responding to audits, preparing for independent CPA tax return preparation, reviewing prepared tax returns for accuracy, and managing property tax payments.Information Technology: Resource the organization for beneficial process improvements of computer and technical resources. Evaluate and upgrade user workstations for optimal experiences and manage printing resources.Insurance/Risk Management: Lead the insurance program, review policy needs, and assure fitness of insurance policy scope and limits against property and portfolio risks.Leasing/Property Operation: Contribute or develop skill and awareness of the industry to support management discussions concerning deal flow and lease administration.
