Boutique business management company specializing in entertainment-based clientele is seeking an Account Manager to join their team.
Only candidates currently residing in the greater San Fernando Valley area will be considered.
Responsibilities
• Daily client activity, including requests and timely follow-up on all outstanding matters
• Contract analysis and supervision of all functions relative to cash receipts and disbursements
• Assist in the preparation of meeting packages and attends client meetings regarding financial projections, investments, contracts, insurance analysis, and other matters as directed by management
• Monitor credit card activity, fraud alerts and credit score issues
• Monitor insurance renewals and claims
• Assist with home and car purchases
• Supervise and delegate to assistants
• Coordinate and interact with the tax department relative to due dates, supporting documentation, etc.
• Other projects, as needed
Requirements
• Must have 4+ years of professional business management (no CPA firms) and the ability to work with high profile/high net worth individuals and clients and top level management executives
• Must have excellent computer (Microsoft Office Programs) and typing skills in a setting with many interruptions
• Must have a strong knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software
• Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and adjustments to priorities through the day and the week
• Must be able to communicate effectively with diverse individuals

Salary Range: $60-80K
