Responsibilities And Qualifications
• Design, develop and understanding the business requirements and scope.
• Develop and deploy the fix/solution to various environments and verify the expected outcome based on the documented system technical requirements.
• Design and schedule automation reports and alerts for critical business processes and customize reports for all stakeholders globally.
• Responsible to provide support on all incidents/tickets created by business or user within SLA.
• Create and maintain Inbound/ Outbound file integrations between systems.
• Participate in incident management process, to manage Incidents / tickets logged by either by customer or Business, to support processes related to our application. Do follow the regular incident management process and adhere to the defined SLAs per the severity. Also participate in the business requirements review meetings which involves devising, strategizing, and explaining technical specifications and the way to achieve customized software solutions to project team members and business.
• Lead the Jira Management Process do follow the regular Jira management process and adhere to the as per the severity. By performing an effort estimation for defects and enhancements, will do the preliminary analysis to identify if it’s service request, defect, or an enhancement. Once the analysis and categorization has been confirmed and would be discussed with business in the monthly session for prioritization into a release and communicate with business.
• Do follow the PCI compliance scan by VeraCode and adhere to the defined SLAs per the severity. In case of an emergency or a critical vulnerability which is exploiting our application servers, patches to be applied within 24 hrs.
• Providing the Daily and Weekly development and Support status, update business teams involved in difference aspects of the customized solution to make sure agreed upon customized software solutions are timely delivered while also recommending changes to ensure optimum efficiency through technology innovations.
Salary And Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $68K – $131K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
